The talented actor and director Rishab Shetty who is the force behind the blockbuster 'Kantara', recently shared a moment with his family on social media as they celebrated Makar Sankranti together. In a charming photo, Shetty is seen with his wife, Pragathi, and their two children, Ranvit and Radhya, all dressed in traditional attire.

Shetty in 2022 had a successful stint with 'Kantara', which has become a cultural phenomenon as it was made on a nominal budget of over Rs 16 crore and made over Rs 450 crore at the box office globally. He gained recognition not only for his acting but also for his dedication to storytelling that resonates with cultural roots. His performance in 'Kantara' earned him a National Award for Best Actor.

Now he is working on its prequel 'Kantara: Chapter 1' which is anticipated to be taking the views back in time to the beginning of the story that captivated audiences with its unique blend of folklore and action. Divine characters will be introduced in the film.

Moreover, Rishab Shetty will portray Lord Hanuman in Prasanth Varma's cinematic universe in his upcoming film 'Jai Hanuman' and is reportedly in discussions with Bollywood director Ashutosh Gowariker for a potential collaboration.
