Rhymes ready to release

. The project went on floors in November. The first look poster of the movie was revealed in February. The movie is produced by Gnanshekhar, Ravi Gowda, Girish and Ramesh Arya.

Rhymes, which is a crime thriller, sees Shubha Punja playing the role of a television reporter while Ajith Kumar will be seen in the role of a cop. Previously, Ajith had acted in the movie Thrataka. The project also has Aparna,

, Chennaraju and others in lead roles. Shakthi has composed the music. Arjun is the cinematographer.

Meanwhile, Shubha Punja’s other movie, Tridevi, has entered post production. The project is directed by Ashvin Matthew. Tridevi is also Shubha Punja’s first movie as an executive producer. The actress previously starred in Naragunda Bandaya which hit screens before the lockdown was imposed. The shows were cancelled as cinema halls were shut down to contain the spread of Coronavirus. The project saw Shubha Pooja sharing screen space with Raksh for the first time on the silver screen.

spending quality time during lockdown amidst nature. The actress had told us that she is doing household chores and working in agricultural fields to be busy. She is expected to be back in Bengaluru once the lockdown is lifted.
