Ravishankar Gowda sports a Kashmiri look in Ratnan Prapancha

He was part of the recent Kashmir schedule of the film
Ravishankar Gowda, it would seem, is quite the master at changing up his look for his onscreen avatars. Take, for instance, his character on

, or the role of a senior citizen in

. And now we hear that his look in

Ratnan Prapancha

is also vastly different. Ravishankar, who was part of the recent Kashmir schedule of the film, shares some interesting images of his role in the film. “I play Ahmed, a Kashmiri who has his roots in Karnataka. So in keeping with the character, I sport this new look. I think it goes completely with my pheran (native Kashmiri dress) which I will be wearing throughout the film,” says Ravishankar, adding that his character is Dhananjaya’s brother-in-law in the movie. “Anu Prabhakar plays Dhananjay’s sister, who he has never met. Dhananjaya comes to Kashmir in search of her and that makes up for some of the most poignant scenes in the film,” adds Ravishankar.

Up next, the actor will move on to an outing with MD Sridhar, in which he and Achyut Kumar play best buddies. “Another look is in store in that too because as actors we can never become stagnant, be it with looks or parts,” he sums up.
