Ramu runs pillar to post before Election

Action heroine Malashri might not be contesting the elections but her husband, producer Ramu, sure is. Having produced the recent blockbuster hit Veera, featuring Malashri in the role of a don, Ramu is now running pillar to post for his next - .
"Ramu is keen on releasing the film before the state's assembly election as he feels any delay will dilute the value of the film," says a source. The producer, who had spent a couple of crores on Veera, is said to have invested a lot even in Malashri's Election. Malashri, who sports a different look in the film, had previously also said that the content of the film is message oriented and communicates relevant information to the society.
The lady bond, after Election, will also be seen in the film Gharshane. The film is directed by Dayal Padmanabhan and is yet another action flick, where Malashri plays the role of a cop. The music of the film is by Manikanth Kadri and the shooting is progressing at a fast pace. After a long gap, Malashri will be working in a film outside her production house.
