Sandalwood actress Ragini Dwivedi has set an example for all women to follow.
Ragini, who alleged that she had received sexually-explicit messages on her mobile phone from an assistant director in the industry, took the matter to Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce (KFCC). Now, the assistant director Umesh has been banned from working in any films for the next three months by KFCC.

“This guy claimed to have been director Preetham Gubbi’s associate and sent me messages on my official number, which my mother handles. After a point, the messages became increasingly sexual and I decided that enough is enough. My dad called the cops and filed a complaint,” says Ragini, adding that the police have apprehended her tormentor.
Later, Umesh apologised to Ragini.
