When actress Ragini Dwivedi arrived to promote her upcoming flick Ragini IPS at the Press Club on Wednesday, she refused to get off outside the premises and walk in, insisting her car be allowed inside.
When the authorities refused to budge, she had to abandon her tantrum. The short 300-m walk in the tree-canopied Club helped her cool down in spite of the sweltering heat; so much so that she ended up blowing kisses at the paparazzi while exiting.
