Raghavendra Rajkumar’s next titled ‘Operation U’

Raghavendra Rajkumar, best known for his films ‘Nanjundi Kalyan’, and ‘Ammana Mane’ has announced his next. The actor is teaming up with filmmaker Aviram, for an upcoming film titled ‘Operation U’. The title poster of the film was launched a couple of days ago via Raghavendra Rajkumar’s social media handle.

Launching the title poster, Raghavendra Rajkumar penned, “Be aware... you are targeted! ವಿದ್ಮಹಿ ಪ್ರೊಡಕ್ಷನ್ಸ್ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ, ನಾನು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಪಾತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಟಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಮುಂದಿನ ಚಿತ್ರ 'ಆಪರೇಷನ್ U' ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದೆ. ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ: ಅವಿರಾಮ್ ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕರು: ಮಂಜುನಾಥ ಆರ್.

The tagline of the film reads, “Be aware… You are targeted!” which hints that the film might be a thriller.

According to the reports, ‘Operation U’ is touted to be a suspense thriller.

“We are overwhelmed for your love and support, we are so glad that you are part of our project ��❤️ My Next Directorial Movie " ಆಪರೇಷನ್ U ,” director Aviram said, after launching the title poster. Aviram has previously helmed the films ‘Kaliveera’, and ‘106 Kanasu’, and the recent announcement has excited the movie buffs.

Meanwhile, on the other hand, Raghavendra Rajkumar is teaming up with his ‘Geluvina Saradara’ co-star Shruthi after 26 years, for an upcoming film titled ‘13’. Speaking to Bangalore Times earlier, director K Narendra Babu said, “Raghavendra Rajkumar plays Mohan Kumar and Shruthi plays Saira Banu. They are a married couple from a lower middle-class family. Raghavendra Rajkumar is a former cop who runs a scrap shop, while Shruthi (who is playing a Muslim woman for the first time in her career) owns a tea stall. Having gone through financial difficulties, what the couple does when they find unidentified money in front of their house is what makes the plot interesting.”
