Race nears completion

Sandalwood movie Race which has Ravishankar Gowda and Manasi in the lead is on the verge of completion. The film is directed S Nagendra Urs and Venkat Krishi has scored music for the film.
Ravishankar has acted in movies like Payana and Jogiah. The movie is expected to hit the screens shortly. Some of the action sequences of the movie were recently shot in Bangalore and other parts of the state.
Ravishankar, who has done series of comedy roles in the films like Snehitaru, Ondu Chance Kodi, Devarane and Nage Bomb, is donning an action role for the first time in the movie. Manasi, who has acted in recently released multi-starrer project Chatrigalu Saar Chatrigalu, has essayed the role of a con woman in this film.
Ravishankar will also be seen another movie Nage Bomb, which has Anitha Bhat in the lead, directed by the Nagendra URS. The movie is said to be laugh riot.
