Puneeth Rajkumar will undertake his longest foreign schedule for any movie he has done so far for Ninnindale. The actor will embark on a 40-day shoot schedule in the US for the Jayanth Paranjee directorial. The shoot for the first schedule in India is underway. Most of the shoot for
Ninnindale will take place in New York and its neighbouring states. In fact, according to the
Ninnindale team, 50% of the movie’s plot will unfold in New York.
In all, the movie will be shot for over 70 days in India and abroad. The shoots for the songs, however, will take place outside of the US.
The movie was supposed to go on the floors in June, but was delayed because of casting issues, most notably for the female lead. Kriti Kharbanda was supposed to be the heroine of the movie, but Erica Fernandez has stepped into her shoes and will maker her Sandalwood with this film. The storyline was also tweaked twice to suit Puneeth’s personality.
In a first, popular Telugu music director Mani Sharma will compose the songs for the movie.
