Actor Pruthvi Ambar has completed shooting for Surgarless, directed by
K M Shashidhar
, who marks his debut in Sandalwood as a director. The film has Priyanka Thimmesh in the female lead. Sharing a still from the movie, Pruthvi, on his
Facebook page posted, “Sugarless ಚಿತ್ರದ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನದ ಚಿತ್ರೀಕರಣ. We are coming soon, need all your support. (Sic)”
The movie, which was officially announced on the birthday of Pruthvi Ambar on August 17, sees Priyanka sharing screen space with Pruthvi for the first time. Pruthvi plays the
role
of a happy-go-lucky guy who enjoys life to the fullest.
Actor Dharmanna Kadur
will be seen as the protagonist's friend. Anoop Seelin is scoring the music and
Lavith
is the cinematographer.
Pruthvi, who rose to fame with the movie Dia, is flooded with offers in Sandalwood. He will once again be sharing screen space with
Kushee Ravi for a new movie. The actor has also signed another movie, Regn, which will be directed by
Naveen Dwarakanath. Actor Tabla Nani will also be seen in a pivotal role. The makers are planning to complete the shoot in two schedules. Meanwhile, Pruthvi has also penned a script during the lockdown, which he plans to direct.
