Pruthvi Ambaar, Nirup Bhandari and Shanvi Srivastava in Nagathihalli's love triangle - a tribute to cult classic America America

From America America to Ishtakamya, director Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar’s signature love triangles have its own charm! Now, adding to that list is his new untitled film, starring Nirup Bhandari and Shanvi Srivastava. The latest buzz in tinsel town is that Dia actor Pruthvi Ambaar has been roped in to play another lead in the film. Touted to be a love triangle, the movie is a tribute to the 90s cult classic - America America.

Pruthvi created a niche for himself in Sandalwood with a love triangle, Dia. His soft, boy-next-door look was appreciated by everyone. Sources said the actor is elated to join Nagathihalli‘s team and is working on going back to his ‘chocolate boy’ and boy-next-door-look for this film. The actor is currently sporting a moustache for his upcoming film, Matsya Gandha. Pruthvi is set to undergo a makeover before joining Nagathihalli‘s team.

The movie, which recently wrapped up first schedule in India, will be majorly shot in Seattle, in US. The team is expected to head to the US in the first week of April. It can be recalled that America America, too, was shot extensively in the US.

Can Nagathihalli, who hasn’t tasted success in his recent outings, recreate the magic of the classic 90s film? Well, only time can tell!
