Producer and actor Yogi's father, TP Siddaraju, has reacted to the ongoing inquiry in the #SandalwoodDrugScandal and said that his son is neither a drug addict nor has he committed any mistake. This comes days after Yogish, popularly known as Loose Maada Yogi, was called by the police for an inquiry. According to Yogi, he was called by the Internal Security Department as part of a routine inquiry based on whether he knew about the partying scene and other things.

However, Yogi's father, Siddaraju, speaking to media persons, said, "My son is not a drug addict. He has not committed any mistake. If in case, if he is proved guilty then law takes its own course."
Yogi had said that he wasn't in touch with Ragini Dwivedi nor did he know the other accused such as Viren Khanna and Aditya Alva. "I want to make it clear that I have not been in touch with Ragini Dwivedi since many years. We used to know each other then, but I have not spoken to her for a long time. I wasn't asked anything related to Aindrita Ray or Diganth either," the actor was quoted saying.
Meanwhile, Yogish and his father share a close bond with each other and the actor often shares pictures and videos of both of them on his social media. The actor is quite active on social media and shares pictures and videos of his family, especially kids much to the delight of his fans.
