Priyanka Kumar, who is eagerly waiting for the release of her two big films - Bad Manners with Abishek Ambareesh, directed by Suri, and director AP Arjun’s Addhuri Lover, which stars Virat - has already signed her third project. The actor has been paired opposite Shreyas Manju in a college caper. Both Shreyas and Priyanka will be play college students in the film.
Speaking about Priyanka Kumar role, debutant director Madhu Gowda says, “Priyanka plays a bubbly college girl who will be loved by one and all. Her character will make you want to have a friend like her. The movie is not too preachy and is a complete entertainer. There is action, love story and it will be a mass entertainer.” Madhu Gowda had previously assisted Santhosh Ananddram in Mr and Mrs Ramachari.
Speaking to Bangalore Times about the yet-untitled film, Shreyas Manju had said, “There is plenty of fun, love, action and dance. I play the role of a lively guy who oozes energy. It’s going to be a complete entertainer.”
The film is expected to go on floors in April, and the team is planning to shoot it in Bengaluru, Chickmagaluru, Kodagu, and Kerala.
