Priyanka debuts in Sandalwood with two movies

Newbie Priyanka Rao joins the long list of Mysore beauties to enter Sandalwood. The actress has signed two Kannada movies on the trot — Superro Ranga and Dil Rangeela.
While Superro Ranga has Upendra and Krithi Kharbanda in the lead roles, Dil Rangeela has Ganesh and Rachita Ram in the lead roles. Superro Ranga is the remake of the Telugu flick Kick.
Priyanka is playing the role of Krithi Kharbanda’s sister in Superro Ranga.“The role is the perfect platform to launch myself in the Kannada industry. It was a great experience to work with a fabulous team, and they’ve been very encouraging since day one,” says Priyanka. Talking about her character in Dil Rangeela, she says, “I play the role of a girl who hails from a rich background. The character is completely opposite to my role in Superro Ranga.”
Priyanka has already worked in the Telugu movie, Vintha Katha, which is yet to be released.
