Priya Mani snubs Darshan?

All doesn’t seem to be fine between the team of the upcoming Kannada film Ambareesha. Bangalore Times had reported earlier that Priya Mani, who is one of the female leads of the movie, is said to have ruffled some feathers after she refused to turn up for the last day of shoot. The filmmakers were upset that the actress instead chose to leave the city to shoot for her Malayalam film, while leaving them hanging.The makers are said to have approached the film chamber and it was only after the intervention of the chamber that the actress was forced to complete her portions of the movie.
The episode seems to have left a bad taste and this was reflected in the fact that Priya did not attend the audio launch of Ambareesha that was held in the city recently. Darshan and Rachita Ram, who is the other female lead, were all smiles at the event, but many were heard whispering about why Priya wasn’t present.
