Priya Hassan plays an advocate in her comeback film

Post marriage, actor Priya Hassan is making a comeback to the silver screen after four years with Rudri LLB, directed by Guru Savan
Priya, who plays the titular character in the socially relevant film, says, “I missed shooting after I got married. My son is now three years’ old and I am coming back with Rudri LLB. I am known for action-packed roles, but this time, I play an advocate who fights for the good of the people.There’s a lot of scope for performance as there are courtroom scenes. We will begin shooting shortly.”
She is also returning to direction with Ranachature. “It’s an action-packed movie and audiences will get to see me as a cop once again. I will also be producing a children's movie and another flick, Mahalakshmi, which has a devotional subject, something that is completely new for me.”
The actor, who is enjoying motherhood, states, “After becoming a mother, I realised that a woman's life is incomplete without motherhood. Along with bringing up a child, we learn many things about life. I take my son to my farm during weekends, and we grow vegetables and fruits which is the other side of my new life. I see my mother in my son as she is no more.”
