Premam Poojyam team pays tribute to doctors and COVID warriors

A day after May Day and as Karnataka continues to see a surge in

COVID

cases, the team of

Premam Poojyam

will be releasing a special song that has been composed as a

tribute

to doctors and medical professionals.

"The song is titled Vaidyo Narayano Harihi and it has been rendered by Vijay Prakash. It is not a part of our film. We wanted to release this as a special tribute to doctors and the medical staff who are working relentlessly to cater to the needs of people during the pandemic," shares Prem.

Incidentally, the film is being directed by a doctor, who is also the music composer of the film. "Our director,

graciously releasing the song. The team went to Dharmasthala to get him to do the honours," says Prem. Incidentally, Premam Poojyam is the 25th film in Prem's career.
