Praveen Tej’s next is his first commercial entertainer

Actor Praveen Tej is all set to be seen in his first out and out commercial entertainer. The film is titled

Jigar

and it is being helmed by first time filmmaker Suri Kunder. The film is being backed by the makers of

Baang

and

Aana

and the team have finished completing shoot for the first schedule of the film in coastal Karnataka already.

“This is a typical commercial love story, which will be extensively shot around the beaches and the coastal backdrop. I have always had a little apprehension about doing a complete commercial film, as I wondered if I had the right amount of fan base to draw a crowd for that. But I was convinced by the story of this film and I knew that this would be good. We also have a strong technical team where

, is the cinematographer. So, I knew this would be right,” he shares.
Praveen says that the team has already finished one schedule for the film. “We will be headed to Mangaluru side for the next schedule around December 15 and we should ideally complete most of the filming process by the end of this month if everything goes as planned,” he adds.
