Pranitha gets her first solo song

Bangalore lass Pranitha is busy doing movies in Kannada, Tamil and Telugu, but there’s one thing that she’s not been able to do yet. The actress has not had a solo song, or rather an introductory song, picturized on her. But she’s now got her chance. In her forthcoming film Angarakha, Pranitha gets to sing and dance all by herself. “I have had songs in which I dream about the hero and all, but never something like this.The song has been composed by Arjun Janya, and will most probably be sung by Sadhana Sargam.
The picturization will be across Karnataka and will see me playing around with water, kids, et al. And best of all, there will be no hero,” says Pranitha, adding, “I play a village girl in the film and the concept is a lot like the Chinna Chinna Aasai song from Roja.”
