Pramod’s next film is titled English Manja

Actor Pramod Panju who was last seen on silver screen in the

movie Matte Udbhava

has signed a new movie which is titled as English Manja, directed by Arya Mahesh, who has directed movies like

Kolara

. The movie is produced by Girish.

This film is said to be a love story that takes place with the backdrop of the underworld. Pramod plays the role of a college student Manja who is very curious to know about the underworld. “This movie is going to be completely different from what I have done in my previous films like Premiere Padmini, Geetha Bangle Stores and

Udgarsha

. Though, it has a rowdies based subject and love story which has been touched upon in Sandalwood. The screenplay will be entirely different.”

Meanwhile, Pramod will also soon start working for the movie Premiere Padmini 2 which will be sequel to

Premier Padmini

which was released last year was appreciated by critics and audiences. The characters played by Jaggesh and Pramod will be retrained in the sequel as well which is going to be directed by Ramesh Indira and produced by

Shruti Naidu

. The producer had said that the sequel will be a laugh riot unlike the first installment which was about emotions, relationships and sentiments.

During lockdown, Pramod spent the time in his native Maddur which he called it as golden moments of his life. The actor even used the time to write a script for a movie which he will direct soon
