Pramod to play Puneeth’s fan in his next

Actor Pramod, who carved a niche for himself following the success of his small-yet-pivotal roles in Premier Padmini and Ratnan Prapancha, is all set to play Puneeth Rajkumar’s fan in the upcoming film, Bond Ravi.
The film’s title is inspired from Puneeth’s character in Anna Bond. Speaking about the film, Pramod says, “My character’s name is Ravi. After watching Puneeth’s film, I change my name to Bond Ravi because I become his ‘super fan’. The teaser may make it seem like a typical commercial film, but it has a lot of emotional quotient. The first half is all fun and there are also a couple of scenes which we shot in jail. That was a unique experience. Second half becomes intense with very interesting elements.”
Pramod, who has three more projects coming up in the next few months, says: “I remember pleading with many people for small roles and today, I have so many projects coming up that it hurts to say ‘no’ because I remember the struggles I had to go through. I am grateful, and the journey has taught me some unforgettable lessons.”
The film is directed by debutant Prajwal, and has Kajal Kundra, Ravi Kale and Shobhraj in pivotal roles.
