Prajwal Devaraj and wife Ragini Chandran test Corona positive

There has been a sudden spike in the number of Corona positive cases in Bengaluru over the past fortnight and currently there are as many as nearly 3000 cases being reported daily in the city. And falling prey to the virus are actor couple Prajwal Devaraj and Ragini Chandran. The two actors apparently received their reports yesterday when they got to know that they have tested positive for Covid-19.
Ragini took to her social media page to ensure that she let all her friends, family and followers know about this unfortunate development and also wanted to tell everyone to keep safe. Ragini wrote, "@prajwaldevaraj and I have been tested positive for COVID. We are taking the prescribed medication and adequate rest. We shall get through this together. Pls don’t let your guard down. Stay safe. Thank you for your love and concern." Given that the day she shared the news happened to be April Fool's Day, Ragini also ensured she added the hashtag "#notaprank" along with her post to only ensure people take her post seriously. Close friends including Pannaga Bharana and Meghana Raj Sarja shared their love to the couple and asked them to say safe and wished them the best to recover quickly.
Incidentally, the actor couple had only launched their cloud kitchen this week and also wrote to fans and food lovers that they are available for takeaway. The timing of them testing positive coincides with this big week. We hear that the couple are in home quarantine and treatment and ensuring Prajwal's parents are safe and sound.
