The actress will be playing the lead
Pooja Ghandi has been roped in to play the lead role in an up-coming film, Muttulakshmi, directed by Jaggi. His debut film, the story is based on the forest brigand Veerappan’s wife.According to sources, Pooja will not only be acting but also will be one of the co-producers of the film. On the other hand, director Jaggi has denied any such statements, saying that the actress has nothing to do with the production of the film.Whether or not Pooja will be named as a co-producer, only time will tell.— Contributed by Laveena D'couto
