Pavan Wadeyar begins work on Googly 2

Googly director Pavan Wadeyar is gearing up to make a sequel of sorts. The filmmaker, whose latest release, starring Yash and Kriti Kharbanda has done more than 50-days at the box office, is now writing the script for Googly 2.
"It is a sequel in the sense that this film will start off where the first one ended. This one will be a love story as well.Depending on how the story pans out I may or may not repeat the star cast," says Pavan, who is also gearing up to make his acting debut with the Kannada movie Preeti Geethi Ityaadi, which he says will go on the floors end of September.
"Before that, I will be busy promoting the Telugu version of Govindaya Namaha, Potugadu, which will most probably release on September 13. The teaser and the music of the film have created quite the buzz and we are hoping the film will be as successful as the original," he says.
