Other industries are excited about Udgharsha

Devaraj R is a busy man, considering that his debut film under his banner D Creations,

Udgharsha

, is releasing in all the four major

South Indian

languages. Releasing the film simultaneously in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam is something that was decided in the initial stages itself. “Usually, (director) Sunil Kumar Desai sir’s movies are dubbed into other languages after they release, but this time, he planned to do things differently. The Kannada audience knows his work well, and we are getting good response in other centres as well. So, we are quite excited about it,” says Devaraj.

So, what are his plans after Udgharsha? “The movie has come out really well, which has given me the confidence to plan several other projects. I have a lot of plans, but I haven’t decided which one to work on first. Right now, my entire team is involved in Udgharsha. I am new to the industry, so I am planning each step carefully,” Devaraj signs off.
