This week's Kannada release was the long-in-the-cans Rebel, which has been widely panned by critics. The film's lead hero,
Adityaa, though, believes that it is all part of a bigger scheme to pull him down. The actor took to his social networking page to write about his thoughts. ".it hurts when ur own colleagues try and pull ur film down...some "heroes" think they own this industry...and spread negative reviews and also pay people to talk bad of my film...they think only they can survive here...but against all odds....again it's proved that public is ultimate judge !!! U can't buy honesty !!! My films collections r only growing day by day...an answer to the so called "heroes"...
Industry yaar appan swattu alla," he wrote, alleging that other heroes have been paying people to say bad stuff about his film.
And as if to affirm his claim that the film is doing well at the box office, the makers -- Adityaa's dad in this case -- have already announced a success party.
Rebel stars Adityaa along with
Suhasini, Sanjjanaa and Preetika Rao.
