Only Kannada girls for this movie

Producer K Manju is adamant that he will cast only Bengaluru girls for his new film Smile Please. The film stars Gurunanadan of 1st Rank Raju fame. The film needs three leading ladies and the first schedule of shooting is just 10 days away, but two of the three slots of leading girls for the film are still vacant. Manju is on a desperate search. "There are many who suggested actors from Mumbai. But I have told them I will cast only girls from Bengaluru. Let us concentrate on giving talents from Karnataka the first choice. We still have time and will find the right actresses for the other two roles. Neha Patil has been finalised and the other two characters also have equal importance," Manju said. Smile Please will be directed by Raghu Samarth. Manju has launched two films including Smile Please. Neha has also bagged roles in Paru W/o Devadas and Ora Oorle.
