One man's fight for the good of society
As the Kannada film
'Our heroine, Sruthi (Hariharan) found fame with Lucia and people know that director Rajath (Mayee) was an associate on the film, with its maker Pawan Kumar having publicly acknowledged his contribution several times. I was on the production team. When people talk about Sipaayi, it is often referred to as a film by the team of Lucia, so there are expectations that our film will be different. But he says that the team has been judicious in peppering the story with action sequences, or, for that matter, songs ' both of which are commercial film must-haves. 'We have been very careful with the placement of the fights and songs to ensure that they do not look forced and are a seamless part of the narrative. Also, considering that the story revolves around my character, who is a media professional, we wanted to highlight the effort that goes into breaking a story and, hence, focused on the field work. That should be insightful for audiences,' he says.
Add to this the fact that music has been composed by
