One doesn’t need regular schooling to be educated: Bharath S
Does one get certified as being educated only if he or she has been to school and university and acquired a degree? Not necessarily, claims director Bharath S whose film Saheba starring Manoranjan and Shanvi Srivatsav is based on.
While Bharath himself is a qualified engineer, he believes his passion for films took him on a different self-driven path.

“Saheba may sound like love story, but I find it difficult to slot it as one particular genre because it is the personality of the protagonist that makes up the main aspect of this story. Manoranjan plays a young boy who has grown up as a helper at a second hand book store. With no regular schooling, an advantage he had was an access to a variety of books, and a passion for knowledge. So one can only imagine how educationally equipped this boy can be, irrespective of the fact that there was nobody around to teach him anything. His broader vision, and his different approach to life and its ways makes up the main setting,” says Bharath. With the film gearing up for a release next week, it is only a matter of time before the audience can take a leaf out of this film.
