Old Monk to release in foreign countries

Kannada film Old Monk, which is having a impressive run in the box office, will be released in Canada, Australia and USA from the next week. The movie directed by M G Srinivas sees him in the lead role alongside Aditi Prabhudeva.
Delighted with the response, Srini says, “We are over the moon with the kid of response we are getting audiences. Apart from adding more shows and theaters in Karnataka, we are glad to announce that the movie is releasing in USA and Australia.”
In the movie Srini is seen as Appanna who is from a traditional family.His parent's roles are played by S Narayan and Aruna Balraj. Appanna’s father never agrees to love marriage. On the other hand, Appanna falls in love at first sight. He uses various tricks to convince the girl and his family. Actor Sujay Shastry is seen in Srini’s friend role.
Srini has collaborated with director Nuthan Umesh for the new horror-comedy film A tale of Andalamma. As the story traverses across Karnataka, he will soon begin shooting for his next project.
