It is a film that is perfect for family viewing, without any excesses, ensuring everyone can watch it without being distracted," he shares. With each film, Umapathy has tried to produce varied stories while ensuring they are all hardcore commercial entertainers. “We need to understand the pulse of the audience when we make a film. Being producers, we need to know how to best extract work from artistes and technicians while giving people what they want. It is not about what we shoot, but more about what people want.
