Nikita in Vishnuvardhan's tribute film

Late Kannada matinee idol Sahasa Simha Vishnuvardhan’s son-in-law, actor Aniruddha Jatkar, will now be seen in an action-packed role in a film called Raja Simha. The film will be a tribute from Aniruddha and his team to his late father-in-law, the actor says. Nikita Thukral will play the female lead.
“I have always tried experimental roles, be it Kalaberekeor Ijjodu. My father-in-law’s fans wanted me to do an action-packed role, so this is our effort to pay tribute to his legacy through his film persona and social work being addressed in the story.The film is slated to take off in February and we’re hoping to release it on his birth anniversary this year,” says Aniruddha.
