Nikhil Kumaraswamy to play Kempegowda

Actor Nikhil Kumaraswamy, will play the role of Bengaluru founder Kempegowda, in the movie which is tentatively titled as Nadaprabhu Kempegwoda. The movie will be produced by H D Kumaraswamy. The director is yet to be selected. H D Kumaraswamy has confirmed that a committee which includes writers and historians will set up to prepare the script.

Before playing the role of Kempegowda,

Kurukshetra

, which will have Darshan, Ravichandaran, Saikumar, Srinath and Hariprriya in the lead roles. In Kurukshetra, Nikhil will play the role of Abhimanyu.
