Nidhi Subbaiah bags Suri's next

The filmmaker has signed on the actor to star opposite Puneeth Rajkumar
Nidhi Subbaiah sure has reason to feel upbeat. Her last release, Krishnan Marriage Story, fared reasonably well at the BO, she's slated to make a Bollywood debut and has just signed up for a big project in Kannada ' hitmaker Suri's next with Puneeth Rajkumar. The film, Anna Bond, will also have Priya Mani in the lead.
Ask Nidhi whether she is Puneeth's romantic interest in the film and she says,'Whether I romance him or not, Anna Bond offers me a superb role and it would be foolish not to take it up. Working with the hit combo of Suri and Puneeth is a big thing for me,' says Nidhi.
And while her B-town debut, is still on track, production work is likely to start only early next year. 'The makers of Jazz want to shoot the entire film in London. They wanted to start right away so as to finish before winter sets in, but it now looks like they will start shooting only in January or February,' she says.
Nidhi is also set to make her TV debut as the celebrity judge for a dance-based reality show. 'The show is the Kannada version of the show that Hrithik Roshan is doing in Hindi,' says Nidhi, who will start shooting for the show soon. 'The channel bosses have promised to work the shoot schedule around my film commitments,' adds Nidhi.
