New Kannada film Manaroopa explores narcissism

Manaroopa is a psychological suspense thriller set in forest with five friends in the lead. The cast includes newbie Dilip Kumar, Anusha Rao, Nisha BR, Aryan and Shivaprasad. The film captures the behavior of the millennial, who invariably are wanderlusts in a quandary of their very existence and self-obsessed and in captive of their emotions, the makers say, adding, the entire movie shooting was done in and around the hinterland of Sirsi and Siddapur forests.Manaroopa is a movie revolving around travel, exploring, recalling friendship and also address the issues related to narcissism, darkness of the mind, relationships, integrity of love, etc. The movie is slated for release in June.
