The past couple of weeks have been little rough for Nenapirali Prem's family, as his mother was hospitalised because she tested positive for Covid-19. The actor says that she is fine and the family is delighted that she will be returning home this week.
"My mother had tested positive for Covid-19 and we had admitted her to a private hospital. She is on the road to recovery and is going to be discharged this week according to the doctors," says the actor.
Meanwhile, Prem says that his family is also fine and all of them tested negative for the virus and are hoping to stay indoors and with precaution.
Prem has used his time at home to ensure he keeps fit and also spend quality time with the family. He has been busy over the last year for his 25th film, Premam Poojyam, which has been carefully selected to mark the landmark occasion. The love story, in keeping with his Lovely Star image, has been shot at exquisite locations that include South East Asia, Kerala and the hills in North India among other places.
Prem, whose role in Chowka won his a lot of critical acclaim last, says that he was keen on ensuring that he takes time to select the right kind of project for he didn't want to disappoint his fans or himself when it came to his 25th film. The film has him teaming up with
Aindrita Ray for the second time in his career after Athi Aparoopa.
