Neethu's item song axed from Krazy Star

Gaalipata girl Neethu's sizzling item song in the recent Krazy Star has faced the axe at the editing table. The actor who plays a cameo in the film and portrays the role of a sex worker, had a song and one scene to her credit.
But recently when the film was shortened by a couple of minutes after initial reactions suggested the film was too long, Neethu's song was also chopped from the film.So what's her reaction to this sudden turn of events? "Ravi sir told me that many people felt that I shouldn't have been given the role of Chameli. So he didn't want to hamper by career, hence it got cut. But it's okay, I did that song because I'm a huge Ravichandran fan," says Neethu. What do we say, except that both these actors are well versed in the tricks of the trade!
