Neethu does a special number for Jeethu

Sandalwood actress Neethu, whose last release was Devaraane, is taking a liking to doing special numbers in films, or so it would seem. The actress, had told us some time ago that she was on a Satvik diet in a bid to lose weight, something that she claims she did only for professional reasons. And the results, we hear, are appealing to filmmakers, who have signed her up to do special numbers in their films. While Neethu first did an item song in the yet-to-be released Bangalore Metro, starring Naveen Krishna, she tells us that she recently did another number for the film Jeethu. Directed by debutant Edwin, who is also acting in the film, Jeethu is about a die-hard fan of Power Star Puneeth Rajkumar. And the number is picturized on Edwin and Neethu also has a huge cut out of Puneeth from his film Anna Bond in the background. The song has been choreographed by Harikrishna.
