My patience and belief in myself has been rewarded: Viraat

After Viraat made his debut with

, which was his transition from the small screen to films, he was waiting for his career to go on an upswing. The actor, who has been shooting for his second film

Addhuri Lover

, shares that he is glad that he has finally got what he is seeking for, with his new film with Dinakar Thoogudeepa that is backed by Jayanna.

"It has been a wait that has lasted six years. I had been offered many films in between that I didn't accept because I knew that I would land myself what I was looking for. I will not lie -- there were times when I second guessed myself, wondering if turning down those projects was the right move or not. Now, after landing this film, I feel my patience and belief in myself has been rewarded," shares Viraat.

About the film, Viraat says, "It is a romantic action film that is currently in the scripting stage. We will be going on floors this year itself and hope to release it by the end of the year. Addhuri Lover is progressing at a quick pace, having completed two schedules. I am hoping to have two releases this year, which is exciting."

Apart from these films, Viraat shares that he has some more exciting developments in his career, with regards to expanding boundaries and also landing endorsement deals that will be made public shortly. "I feel grateful that my career is taking shape the way I had foreseen," the actor signs off.
