, which releases this week, is based on a true incident that happened in Darjeeling, involving a man’s search for his missing girlfriend. In the film, debutant Yuva plays a PhD scholar, who returns from London to find his girlfriend. The narrative, says Vikas, follows the investigation, including many confusing twists and turns. The story, though, is not just about Yuva’s escapades, as he is ably supported by not one, but three ladies. “Neuron has three heroines — Neha Patil, Vaishnavi Chandran Menon and Shilpa Shetty — all of who are important to the narrative,” says the filmmaker.
