has been receiving modelling and acting offers since she was in college. But she went on to work at a bank. Tired of a desk job, Purvi, a Gujarati born and raised in Bengaluru, decided to give modelling and acting a shot. This resulted in her debut film,

Face 2 Face

, which is all set to release this week.

. “Preethi is like any other girl these days, who is modern in her thoughts and forward thinking, but also values her family and gives a lot of importance to relationships,” says Purvi. So, what clinched the deal for Purvi to debut with Face 2 Face? “When (director) Sandeep (Janardan) sir approached me, I really liked the script. Even though it’s a thriller, it has fun and romantic elements as well, and is not just suspense all the time. None of this feels forced into the script, and all the elements flow naturally,” says Purvi, adding that the best part was that everyone on the team was about the same age, which made it really easy to get along with each other. “It was like a holiday when we were on set,” Purvi signs off.
