has caught the anticipation of the people across Karnataka. “I had played comedy roles in my career, although I have done so many different roles yet, I still am recognized as a comedian,” said Komal. Komal had begun to work out and build his body for the role.
Komal is playing the character of a police officer in ‘Kempegowda 2’. He has lost 23 kg of weight for the role. "When the role of a police officer was to be seen on the ground, there was a dissonance that the audience should appreciate. So for a long time, I prepared for that role. The first response from the audience was nice. I donned the uniform of a police officer for the first time," said Komal.
He added, “It's very easy to lose 5 kg weight. But, losing 23 kg of weight is not normal. But, I needed a change. It was risky to do that, but I had to do it. Now the trailer of the movie has been appreciated. I am happy to do this character.”
There are also powerful action scenes in this movie, as Komal has acted in those scenes. So he is very optimistic about the film.
