Kiran Raj’s ‘great fall’ will announce his next

A 13,000 ft free fall will announce Kiran Raj’s role in Ronny since he didn’t want to announce it with a cliched “post”. “It will set the tone and prove that I’m serious about doing something different,” says Kiran Raj, as he heads to Dubai for the sky diving stint.
A turnaroundTelevision has taught Kiran Raj many lessons. “With Kannadathi, I earned a good name; fame, and offers. Yet, I can’t keep playing the nice, homely boy, be it back home in Kannada, or in Hindi, in the daily soaps I have done. When we wrapped up Kannadathi, I willed thatmy next has to be a turnaround.”

Blood, gore and actionThe action film, directed by Gurutej Shetty, shows Kiran in a new avatar. “It has blood, action and gore. I am the hero with a negative shade. I realise now, that if you do something genuine, even a bad act seems nice. In Kannadathi, even if I smoked, feale fans would say, “Neevu yeshtu channagi smoke madtira” (you smoke so well),” he laughs.
