Kasaravalli's film to be screened in the city

‘Kurmavatara’, film by National Award Winning filmmaker Girish Kasaravalli, will be screened in the city for the first time by the Department of Mass Communication, St Aloysius College on March, 19 at 4.30pm at the Teletorium on the college campus.The public screening of this movie in Mangalore provides a golden opportunity for the audience to watch the movie in the presence of the lead actor of the film, Shikaripura Krishnamurthy. The actor will be interacting with audience after the screening. He also worked previously as a lecturer in the Department of Sanskrit in the Aloysius College.Krishnamurthy who is also the chief guest of the function will inaugurate the movie screening, AM Narahari, registrar will be the guest of honour, Vishal Nayak, incharge coordinator, Department of Mass Communication, Laxmi Shenoy, coordinator of film screening, will also be present at the function. The movie screening is open to all and no registration fee will be charged.
