Karvva 2 planned after overwhelming success

took a year and a half to perfect the film's script. They did plan to make a sequel, but that depended on the reaction of the audiences. The decision to make Karvva 2 only shows that the production house, Sri Swarnalatha Production, is happy with the response they've received. 'My social-media page has been buzzing and people are calling me from places like Chikkaballapur and Hassan, telling me that they want the movie to play in certain theatres where the sound system is good. The number of theatres currently screening the movie has increased, and the number of shows at multiplexes has also gone up. Everyone wants Karvva 2,' says lead actor

Producer Krishna Chaitanya adds that scripting work on the sequel will begin after 1-2 months, and the shoot will begin early in 2017. 'We have to make the sequel better than the first part. To match Karvva, we have to go a step ahead with the second part. The expectations are high, so we will concentrate on making the sequel crisp and interesting,' he says.
