Kannada actress heads to Bollywood

Iti Acharya, who was last seen in the Kannada film Panganama, is all set to do a Hindi film called Cinema Hall, which has Ajaz Khan in the lead. “It is a horror-thriller that revolves around a group of friends from college.
The story is based in a haunted village in UP, which, I am told is inspired from a real-life story about a haunted theatre. In fact, this was big news in north India when we were kids.I play a young girl who gets stuck in the theatre with her friends,” says Iti.
Shooting for the film, which is directed by Pushpendra Singh, will begin in June. “Until then, the whole team will undergo training workshops,” says the actress.
