'Kabzaa', the mega-budget Kannada film was released a week back in multiple languages, and the film got a massive opening. 'Kabzaa' opened with positive reviews, but the film managed to get average reviews from the audience, and this made the film fail to gain more numbers at the box office. In the second week, 'Kabzaa' has been getting average footfalls and the film has reportedly grossed close to Rs 33 crores at the end of day 9.

Directed by Chandru, 'Kabzaa' is reportedly estimated to be made on a budget of Rs 120 crores, and the film's poor collection made it unlikely to reach the profit zone. After several successful Kannada films like 'KGF: Chapter 2' and 'Kantara', 'Kabzaa' failed to impress other language audiences despite releasing simultaneously in multiple languages.

'Kabzaa' features Upendra, Kichcha Sudeep, and Shriya Saran in lead roles, while Shiva Rajkumar appears in a cameo role, which gives a lead to the second part of the film. Murali Sharma, Nawab Shah, John Kokken, Dev Gill, Kabir Duhan Singh, Kota Srinivasa Rao, and Suneel Puranik play supporting roles, while the film has music scored by Ravi Bashur. Cinematographer and editing are handled by AJ Shetty and Mahesh S Reddy respectively.
