Jaggesh's 'Thotapuri' to release on THIS date

Fans of Jaggesh are in the happiest mode as they get to see Jaggesh on the big screen back-to-back this year with 'Raghavendra Stores' and 'Thotapuri'. 'Raghavendra Stores' directed by Anandaram has already been announced for release on Aug 5th and 'Thotapuri' has got its release date.

'Thotapuri' has been announced as a September 30th release as it coincides with the Dasara holidays so the makers have decided to release it for the Dasara holidays. Vijay Prasad, who directed this comedy-drama film, has made the film in two parts. The first part film will be released on September 30th. The makers of 'Thotapuri' consciously decided to have 50 days gap between 'Raghavendra Stores' and 'Thotapuri' as both are Jaggesh starrers.

First time actor Dhananjaya will be sharing screen space with Jaggesh in 'Thotapuri' and Aditi Prabhudeva plays the lead actress opposite Jaggesh. Suman Ranganath and Dattanna are also in the cast.

The other Kannada releases confirmed for Dasara are Dhruva Sarja-A.P. Arjun 'Martin' and Rishab Shetty's 'Kantara' so totally Kannada cinema will be witnessing three releases for Dasara along with 'Thotapuri'.
