Is Yogaraj Bhat highest paid lyricist in Sandalwood?

One of the top directors in Sandalwood industry Yogaraj Bhat, who has penned famous songs like Khali Quarter from the movie, Victory and Aa Bigi Gigi for the movie, Lifu Ishtene is said to be the highest paid lyricist in Sandalwood.
According to sources, Yogaraj charges between Rs 40,000 to Rs 50,000 to pen a song. The other lyricist, who is in demand in Sandalwood after Yogaraj Bhat is Jayanth Kaikini.Some of the other well-known lyricists in Sandalwood are Hamsalekha, Nagendra Prasad, V Manohar, Kaviraj and K Kalyan. Apart from lyricists, young directors like Pavan Wadeyar, Suni and AP Arjun have started to pen the songs.
Yogaraj has also penned songs for various movies like Jackie, Junglee, Inthi Ninna Preethiya, Super, Anna Bond and Only Vishnuvardhana. It has become a common phenomenon that in recent Sandalwood movies that there will be at least one song, which is being penned by Yogaraj Bhat.
