Harshika Poonacha goes on a bike trip from Manali to Jispa
It was an exhilarating expedition for Harshika Poonacha as she biked from Manali to Jispa, traversing over 100 km through snowy mountains and streams.
Taking time off from shooting, Harshika decided to go on a bike trip for the first time, along with a bunch of friends. “The beauty of the landscapes made our journey exciting. I managed to ride a bike for around 10 to 15 kilometers on a flat road, but I was a pillion rider for most of my journey because the terrain was challenging.

The chilly weather made me take a backseat and enjoy the waterfalls, pollution-free weather and serene atmosphere. For safety, we had a car and a tempo following us.”
Harshika also rode through Atal Tunnel, the longest highway, single-tube tunnel above 10,000 feet in the world. She shares, “The tunnel is carved from the stones amidst hills. The way they have created it is a masterpiece. Most of the time, we keep singing praises about marvels in foreign countries, but Atal Tunnel matches that standard, and, on the way, I came back to Rishikesh and sought divine blessings.”
